STUDIO PARK DEVELOPMENT 

 

With the intention of expanding the creative presence that makes Baton Rouge unique, STUDIO PARK features a pedestrian-friendly layout with dedicated green spaces.  An iconic Bicentennial Oak serves as the centerpiece of the development with additional, preserved mature live oaks on​ the property​.  

 

As STUDIO PARK takes shape, it will strive to assemble local creative companies to provide an art, design and lifestyle destination for Baton Rouge. The project builds on the momentum of the newly-certified Bocage Cultural District and is anchored by Ann Connelly Fine Art, Anne James Hair Salon, Sherwin Williams, and Future Fitness.
